    Did you know? There have been a number of recent policy changes to SNAP, making right now the best time to apply — here's why!

    01. Maximum benefits

    All SNAP recipients will receive the maximum benefit

    SNAP recipients are currently receiving the maximum benefit for their household status. For example, this means that an eligible family of four would receive $680 a month.

    02. Additional Benefit Boost

    Everyone is getting 15% more!

    In addition to the maximum benefit amount, all eligible households are currently recieving an addtional 15% in benefits each month.

    03. No longer a public charge

    SNAP does not impact your immigration status

    Due to recent policy changes, SNAP no longer affects public charge. You can apply for SNAP with no fear of impacting your or a loved one's immigration eligibility.

    04. Pandemic EBT (P-EBT)

    Children 0-5 will get P-EBT benefits

    SNAP recipients with children aged 0-5 will now get additional P-EBT funds for each child. This is in addition to funds already available for school-aged children.
