Last Digit of SSN = Day of Month
0 = 1st of Month
1 = 2nd of Month
2 = 4th of Month
3 = 5th of Month
4 = 7th of Month
5 = 8th of Month
6 = 10th of Month
7 = 11th of Month
8 = 13th of Month
9 = 14th of Month
